RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting and welcoming residents, guests, and visitors.
Answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Assisting residents with inquiries, complaints, or requests.
Maintaining and updating resident records and databases.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
1 year of working experience in Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
Good command of written & spoken Thai and Chinese (HSK5).
Service mind and team working skills with assertiveness personality.
Time management and communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to work 6 days/week.
