IBM Business Support Operations Specialist (Polish speaker) in Budapest, Hungary

Introduction

This Financing Business Support Professional has responsibility for maintaining a good client relationship with IBM clients and business partners, as well as internal client relationships, in support of financing agreements. The individual maintains responsibility and expertise in Client Financing, Commercial Financing or Global Asset Recovery Services. The individuals in this role use dedicated financing systems and processes in the support of varied responsibilities such as Contract Preparation and Acceptance, Inception Billing/Settlement, Indexing, Returns, Mid-Lease and End of Lease Administration, Vendor Financing, Project Financing, Syndications, Buy Desk, Inventory and Accounts Receivable Financing, Volume Purchase/Settlement Management and Collections. The role provides operational and administrative support to the business by being responsible for organizational tasks of varying complexity. Individuals may provide strategic and comprehensive support to IBM acting as a resource on tracking business results, formulating business strategy, managing process ownership and system requirements driving cost and productivity benefits while strengthening IBM's system of internal controls. IBM Global Financing (IGF) employees in this job role are usually within the Business Support Operations (BSO) organization. Focuses on Individual/Team/ Department Operational Objectives.

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Business Support Operations Specialist E2E has responsibility for both Contract management and End of lease tasks:

  • Maintaining a good client relationship with IBM clients and business partners, as well as internal client relationships, in support of financing agreements.

  • The individual maintains responsibility and expertise in Client Financing.

  • The individual in this role is an expert in the dedicated financing systems and processes in the support of varied responsibilities such as vendor financing, dispute management, contacting internal / external clients.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the defined tasks and responsibilities related to the role.

  • The role provides operational and administrative support to the business by being responsible for organizational tasks of varying complexity, including sensitive clients, complex transactions.
