This role involves coordinating with various departments to meet production schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks, inspecting shipments, and verifying contents

Lead Shipping/Receiving operations responsible for the proper processing of all inbound and outbound shipments

Plan and schedule daily shipping and receiving tasks to meet production and customer delivery requirements

Train and provide guidance to shipping and receiving team members to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.

Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement departments to prioritize orders, resolve issues, and optimize workflow efficiency

Implement and enforce safety protocols, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with OSHA regulations
