JOB DESCRIPTION Training to be received as an Intern: Safety Training * Life Saving Rules * General safety training * Affected Persons Lock Out Tag Out * General Awareness Administrative Training: * Document Control/ Formatting * Preventative Maintenance Documentation * Lock Out Tag Out Procedures Requirements, Qualifications & Preferred Skillsets: * Recent degree or current student of a technical or engineering field of study * Strong computer skills and technical ability * Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Basic mechanical understanding * Willingness to learn new skills. * Flexible Schedule * Strong organizational and communication skills Duties and Responsibilities: * Learn the processes and find improvements within the processes. * Fulfill administrative duties around the office and plant/ factory. * Incorporate academic knowledge into hands-on work. * Basic technical writing Purpose: * These tasks will help to enforce the importance of standard work, training for continued success, attention to detail, and elimination of waste in a manufacturing environment.
