Aston Carter Hybrid Chargeback Lead Needed in Corona, California

Large Beverage company looking for strong Chargeback lead to support their team!

Successful candidates will be able to problem-solve, lead a team, and be deadline driven!

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with chargebacks

  • Understanding of accounts receivable

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

Description:

  • Review and post claims timely and accurately according to Chargeback Department policies

  • Overflow for processing claims and backup, as needed.

  • First-level daily support to Chargeback reps by answering questions & giving advice on how to resolve complex issues

  • Assist with training of new claims reps on SAP system and how to research & process claims

  • Assist with testing of new programs, processes, and/or SAP functionality

  • Assist Chargeback Specialist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents

  • Backfill support to Power BI maintenance (running necessary reports, troubleshooting issues)

  • Participate in brainstorming ways to streamline work processes that impact the department

  • Adhoc projects, as needed
