Duties and responsibilities related to the Revenue Executive role:

• Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted to identify and maximize all opportunities and mitigate any risks

• Integrate with other functions to maximize our guests, owner’s and shareholder expectations

• Provide expertise and guidance to maximize occupancy and revenue generation through recommended pricing strategies and inventory management

• Review distribution channel strategies and provide efficient guidance

• Monitor and maintain the highest level of rate parity across channels

• Actively participate in the review of the Hotels’ annual budget and strategy plans

Qualification:

• Ideally a relevant degree or diploma in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset.

• Minimum 2 years experienceworking in a sales or revenue management environment.

• Strong Excel skills, inclusive of reporting, presenting, and charting

• Strategic orientation, as well as good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills, are a must.
