Area of Accountability

Provides comprehensive technical support to customers and acts as a key liaison between customers and the company by providing practical solutions to their hole-making needs.

Major Responsibilities (may vary depending on project):

  • Provide design/drafting support for product layouts, concept generation, prototype evaluation and production releases using Creo.

  • Work in conjunction and communicate with other departments to develop and support various projects and initiatives.

  • Offer technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on product usage.

  • Recommend and customize products or services to meet unique customer requirements.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working to find effective and timely solutions.

  • Collaborate with sales teams, product development, and other departments to enhance customer support.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, configurations, and technical support provided.

  • Provide training to customers on product usage, ensuring effective and informed use.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dover, OH 44622: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student working towards a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology program.

  • Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong PC Skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing) and proficiency in a CAD software are a must.

  • Strong numeric and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated with good project management, organization, and planning skills.
