Service Desk Tech II – $23.00/hour

What will you be doing?

  • Answering phone and email-based service requests from internal and remote associates regarding end user incidents

  • Providing effective service in accordance with SLA

  • Utilizing ticket tracking systems such as Magic or Remedy

  • Recording, tracking and documenting steps taken in the problem-solving process.

What do you bring?

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • 3 years of Service Desk technical support experience

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Experience with ticket tracking systems

  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes is helpful
