What does a Service Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola? We are looking for a Service Department Supervisor to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing aspects of cooler service and equipment setup, repair and installation functions. Responsibilities include: Oversees a Service Department team of Equipment Delivery, vending and fountain equipment repair Maintains inventories and equipment control Reviews and monitors KBI for better efficiencies within the service department Uses excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills to resolve customer problems Assumes other duties as required or assigned Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 3 years of technical experience Understands Equipment procedures and parts processes Knowledge of service procedures and standards Ability to effectively administrate personnel Previous Management experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Some customer sales required Base pay range is $74,460 to $93,075 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
