AutoNation, Inc. Collision Estimate Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

AutoNation Headquarters Position Summary: The Estimate Analyst is responsible for reviewing estimates to insure the vehicle damage presented from the Estimators at the Collision Centers are accurate. Notice of estimates pending approval will be received through CCC’s Central Review portal will be reviewed for: Insurance Company DRP Guidelines Compliance / Missed Opportunities / Proper Photo documentation / CSI survey enabled / Documentation. This will also include appropriate and proper communication back to the Collision Center Estimators on necessary changes, deletions, additions, and/or updates to the estimates. Job Responsibilities: · Will be reviewing estimates in CCC’s Central Review for: Insurance Compliance, Estimate Accuracy, Missed Opportunities, CSI Survey Set up, and Proper documentation including vehicle damage photos. · Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. · Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. · Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. · Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. · Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. · Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data. · Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications: · Position will require a strong vehicle collision repair estimating background · Understanding of MOTOR P-Page and RACEG logic · Utilization of CCC “Repair Methods”. · General Collision Repair procedures · Must be very well versed in CCC One Estimating application as well as Microsoft Excel. · Excellent communication skills – Both written and verbal.
