Role Description The role of the Senior Business Analyst is to engage with business leaders and development teams by combining an understanding of technology and business operations with analytical expertise to enable results that deliver value and business objectives. This role specifically is responsible for being our Oracle Fusion knowledge expert in configuring and executing changes in our Oracle Fusion ERP for Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. Responsibilities
Serves in a consultative capacity to define and prioritize requirements, translate requirements into system functions, and understand Oracle Fusion configurations and customizations.
Responsible for analyzing business processes and driving requirements to improve efficiencies and leverage the new Oracle Fusion implementation
Proactively identify and prioritize high-impact improvements through the analysis of current and future state processes
Maintain strong focus on business needs and transformative capabilities and actively lead business leaders to correct decisions.
Create documentation to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, business system interfaces, data flows, and reports.
Facilitate the development of and understanding of the business case (cost/benefit analysis) behind all projects, including the motivating factors for all stakeholders.
Create the appropriate relationships with the project team to ensure that specifications are understood and to monitor the build progress to ensure compliance and the delivery of a quality product.
Serve as an Oracle thought leader maintaining an active understanding of Oracle Fusion and Fusion’s ability to serve Do it Best business requirements.
Plan, create, coordinate, and deliver end-user training as needed.
Education and Experience
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience improving business processes and systems
5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion.
Comfortable working in collaborative team environments
