Lockheed Martin Physical Security Rep Sr (Level 3) in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: This position supports the national security of the United States.

Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics business, home of the F-35 Lightning II fighter, is looking for an energetic Physical Security representative within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Fort Worth, TX.

The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.

The Physical Security Representative Sr team member will be responsible for developing, reviewing and editing Fixed Facility Checklist (FFCs), Construction Security Plans (CSPs) and Open Storage Area DD-Form 147s, for current and new/pre-construction. This position attends facility design reviews and pre-construction meetings and provides subject matter experience and advise on appropriate US government accreditation criteria. Will conduct alarm testing, conduct parcel checks, and provide collateral and program area support as required. Other responsibilities will include providing compliance support to the various functions within Security Operations & Compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

- Secret Security clearance with an investigation current or CV date within 5 years, with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

- Experience providing security support in collateral and/or SAP environments.

- Strong working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals, ICD 705, or TEMPEST 1-13.

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and services (Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)

Desired Skills:

- ICD-705 Certified.

- Customer and team oriented and able to function with limited supervision.

- Demonstrated project management experience.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
