Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Fremont, Ohio

Description:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following:

  • Dismantles equipment to gain access to damaged or worn parts.

  • Repairs or replaces worn or defective parts.

  • Repairs and replaces failed electrical equipment such as motors, wiring, PLC, I/O modules, and power supplies.

  • Troubleshoots and programs AC and DC drive systems.

  • Understands proper lockout/tagout procedures.

  • Diagnoses and replaces faulty mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic parts or components.

  • Ability to create finished metal products from sheet piping or structural steel.

  • Knowledge of MIG/TIG, brazin, cutting/burning and stick welding.

Skills:

  • Electrical

  • Troubleshooting

  • Pneumatics

  • plc troubleshooting and programming.

  • 480v

  • Blueprint

  • mig welding

  • tig welding

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

-2-6 years of Industrial Maintenance experience

-Ability to read blueprints and schematics

-480 v
