CU Answers Lending Integrations Coordinator in Grand Rapids, Michigan

POSITION SUMMARY

This role is focused on driving the success of expanding LenderVP integration business offerings within the LenderVP team. This position will provide lending integration & project support for loan departments throughout the CUAnswers Network. Responsibilities will include managing loan integrations from start to finish, assisting network credit unions for daily operational support, handle escalated client incidents, special project QC testing, and nurturing new and existing client/partner/vendor relationships. Additional time will be split between travel to client sites, product demos, client and internal employee trainings, and implementation and development of LenderVP team projects and initiatives. This job will require regular sitting, standing, phone calls, and computer work for eight or more hours a day. The Lending Integrations Coordinator will be heavily involved in the daily collaboration and support with other internal departments. At times, the Lending Integrations Coordinator will also be responsible for internal and third-party presentations as well as occasional representation of Lender*VP at work related events.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Will be the primary point of contact internally as well as for clients and vendors regarding new and existing lending integrations.

Support credit union loan departments in daily operations with an emphasis on their third-party lending integrations.

Extensive onsite (credit union) monthly work.

Provide Lender*VP product demos when needed.

Work on new and existing Lender*VP projects and initiatives.

Create and present internal and third-party presentations.

Ability to attend work events as a representative of Lender*VP when necessary.

Evaluation and documentation of LOS tools, processes, workflows, and the integration process.

Prepare monthly reports for clients as needed.

Process monthly billings within the required timeframe.

Flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Work with management to document and improve current workflows.

Support and collaborate with other internal departments relating to new and existing projects or client needs - with an emphasis on the integrations and programming/QC Departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High School graduate or equivalent is required.

A bachelor's degree in project management, business, finance, or a similar field is preferred.

Minimum of two years related job experience is required.

Prior consumer and indirect lending background in either a bank or credit union is required.

Experience with multiple loan origination systems is preferred.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.

Proficient organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must always maintain a professional environment and dress appropriately including when traveling.

Team player and positive attitude.

Strong understanding of lending regulations, compliance, and financial privacy.

Proficient in standard office software applications (MS Office).

Ability to meet departmental standards regarding quality, efficiency, professionalism, initiative, teamwork, and overall performance.

Previous CU*BASE experience is preferred.

Valid driver's license is required.
