We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our Red Team operations. The Head of Red Team Operations will oversee the design and execution of simulated attacks on our information systems, helping us identify potential vulnerabilities and enhance our cybersecurity defenses.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Red Team, ensuring high-quality delivery of engagements.

  • Plan, execute, and manage simulated attacks (penetration tests, social engineering tests, etc.) on our networks, applications, and systems.

  • Analyze and prioritize security threats and develop strategies to test for those threats.

  • Develop comprehensive reports on findings and recommend remediation steps.

  • Work closely with the Blue Team and other security stakeholders to ensure identified vulnerabilities are addressed effectively and promptly.

  • Collaborate with the wider security team to influence and improve security posture and incident response capabilities.

  • Maintain a high level of expertise on current trends in cybersecurity threats and countermeasures.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Red Team strategies, policies, and procedures.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., OSCP, CREST) preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in Red Team operations or penetration testing.

  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.

  • Strong understanding of attack vectors, current threats, and remediation strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex security topics to a wide variety of audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to think like an attacker and anticipate potential cybersecurity risks.
