A rapidly growing CPG, E-commerce company is looking to hire a controller for their Elmsford NY location. This is a hybrid role, 3 days on site! The Controller will serve as an integral part of the finance team, working with the CFO in supporting the driving of strategy, growth, operational excellence and transparency of data of the organization.

responsibilities:

The qualified individual will oversee a corporate accounting team of about 10 people , including AP, AR and general ledger accounting, and be instrumental in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation The key to be successful in this role is the ability thrive in a fast-paced environment that leverages a unique business model. Additional responsibilities will include preparing financial statements to summarize and forecast the company's financial status, cash flow management, as well as managing all finance and accounting operations .

qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting,

10 plus years in an Accounting capacity role

Excellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skills

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and external parties

Strong work ethic and Excellent Leader. Desire to "roll up your sleeves" and understand every aspect of the organization and get involved,

Excellent Excel Skills and Microsoft Dynamics a plu s
