Our client, in Henderson, KY is seeking a production supervisor to join their compounding team on 1st shift. As a production supervisor, you will be part of the compounding production leadership team supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have prior production or manufacturing supervisory work, prior compounding work is a plus but not required and must have exceptional leadership abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Day Shift Production Supervisor

Location: Henderson, KY

Pay Range: $28/HR

What’s the Job?

• Handle and prepare materials for production, following specific instructions and formulas.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, inventory logs, and quality control documentation.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.

• Perform basic machining tasks as required.

• Demonstrating leadership to your team.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3-5 years' experience supervising in a manufacturing/production setting is required.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with lab procedures and quality control standards (CGMP).

• Ability to lead a team and demonstrate professional leadership skills.
