Job Title: Accounting Manager

Salary: $75,000-$80,000 annually

About: Our Robert Half client is a growing privately held global manufacturing company that has established alliance relationships with partners worldwide and is structured into multiple operating groups all around the US and the world.

Position Overview: They are seeking a full-time, direct hire, experienced Accounting Manager who will assist the Controller in all aspects of financial/accounting related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with the development of annual budgets and forecasts

• General Ledger Management: Manage the general ledger system, including month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries, to maintain accurate financial records as well as AP/AR responsibilities

• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor 1 administrative direct report

• Audit Support: Assist with annual audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support to auditors and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of staff level accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards

• Experience with SAP is a huge plus but not a deal breaker
