  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of product management experience in a consumer products environment. Significant experience in data/product management within a Consumer Products company in lieu of a degree will be considered.

  • Ability to work IN OFFICE, Monday-Friday (this is not a remote position)

  • strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with other departments daily.

  • High degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

  • strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of software.

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

work hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct support to the Product Operations Manager for the comprehensive management of the New Item Setup process and associated reports utilized across various internal departments.

  • Assists the Product Operations team in executing all product-based functions essential to effective Product Management.

  • Gather and input data ensure timely and accurate set up of all new products.

  • Support CMR setup based on Sales input.

  • Generate Item Numbers and UPC's in collaboration with Product Operations Manager.

  • Input New Item Setup forms into AS400, troubleshoot issues with Sales and other teams.

  • Prepare Marketing Action Notices for product management changes, maintain MAN log.

  • Distribute internal and sales field product communications accurately and timely.

  • Manage data entry and maintain product images with Creative Services.

  • Communicate Active/Discontinue Product lifecycle updates, track items, and provide quarterly status updates.

  • Assist in producing necessary reports for the Product Operations Manager related to Product and Packaging Updates, Product Lifecycle and Brand Roadmap.

  • Create New Product Fact Sheets and coordinate image needs with Creative Services.

  • Organize SLOB information to support product movement.

  • Conduct retail store checks and procure competitive samples.

  • Support other Product-related initiatives and sample order requests as needed.
