What you’ll do:

As a Service Coordinator you will coordinate all service orders in the responsible region. This includes Power Quality, Power Distribution, Life Safety service E2E order processes, looking to drive operational synergies between the Services operations cross divisions in scope. Supporting of creating a compelling Service Value Proposition for the country area which is in scope ( e.g. Germany, Austria, Swiss, Poland, Czech, Romania) to support growth, innovation, and profit plan requirements, whilst applying the Eaton standard work practices as defined by EBS and driving Eaton’s Zero Safety Culture.

  • Backlog Management

  • Order booking

  • Material order & delivery

  • Dispatching (FSE & subcontractor)

  • invoice approval

  • invoice clarification

  • RMA handling between the BU

  • Responsible for the timely supply of materials to customer & service field staff.

  • Continuous optimization of order processing in cooperation with department management / production / development.

  • Single Point of contact for order coordination's

Qualifications:

Technician or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or commercial gradings

3 to 5+ years of experience handling orders E2E

Skills:

  • Electrical infrastructure experience

  • Handling commercial projects.

  • Fluency in English and German

  • Communication skills / Customer Focus / Flexibility / Able to follow instructions
