Pay: $16.00/hr + Commission

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise over the day-to-day activities
• Schedule installs
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Order parts as needed
• Delegate tasks to team in order to maintain team efficiency
• Maintain team and individual organization
• Ensure employees are performing their tasks efficiently and making the most use of their time
• Responsible for helping customers make the best truck accessory purchase decision as well when needed
• Operate point-of-sale system
• Manage front counter as needed
• Will also be responsible for helping other employees when needed

Qualifications:

• Good organizational skills
• Communication skills are required
• Previous management experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Automotive knowledge preferred
