Our client here in Louisvilleis seeking an experience Purchasing Coordinator - $27 -$32 an hour, with ERP/QAD experience, TARIFF knowledge and strong purchasing background to join their team.

As a Purchasing/Logistics Coordinator you will be part of a Global team supporting internal & external clients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in purchasing materials and supplies, knowledge of invoicing and logistics experience is a plus this is a full time positions with permanent placement for the right candidate. Job Title: Purchasing/Logistics coordinator

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $25 - $32 an hour paid weekly

What’s the Job? You will be onsite, responsible for:

• Must have export and import customs experience, tariff knowledge is a plus.

• Maintaining accurate and consistent records for all inbound and outbound shipments.

• Must be willing to learn QAD or have experience in web-based systems and understand both warehouse and transportation management.

• Communication Backward planning/forward thinking Organized physical and digital filing/record keeping.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Purchasing Specialist- responsible for ensuring that a business can acquire needed supplies, materials, and other relevant items, following a strict budget and keeping records of all the transactions.

• Invoicing processor- handling outgoing invoices for vendor payments. Responsible for invoicing procedures, account coding and managing databases.

• Logistic coordinator- monitor supply chains and shipments while actively engaged in communication with senders/receivers.
