Bruker AXS is looking for a Safety and Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with all company directed safety policies. Effective communication and cross-functional teamwork are required. This position is also responsible for managing our contracted maintenance provider requiring frequent discussions concerning building repairs and projects. *This is a one-year contract position with the possibility for renewal. Responsibilities * Perform all Health and Safety functions, trainings and enforcement. * Oversee all functions associated with building operations. * Work closely with the third-party maintenance provider. * Ability to review, understand and approve service provider invoices. * Maintain ISO 9001 documentation database and company intranet * Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental standards. Qualifications * At least 1 year experience and an associate degree in business preferred * Effective time management skills. * Ability to meet deadlines while multitasking. * Ability to work as both a sole contributor and as a team member. * Ability to execute tasks with a high level of accuracy. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated basic mathematical skills. * Microsoft proficiency Bruker is an equal-opportunity employer.
