Will direct, coordinate and maintain reporting in order to ensure effectiveness and apply knowledge of business and balanced judgement in interpretation of data (analytics) to deliver recommendations. Responsible for continuously improving reporting and analytics. Job Duties: Responsible for the development of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics in order to identify trends in the business, track results/performance and support business strategies and development. Evaluate established reporting and provide recommendations for automation, efficiencies and/or effective delivery channels. Analyze, interpret and translate performance and financial results for the department and management. Identify process improvement opportunities and coordinate with operations to ensure system capabilities/data accuracy. Facilitate and collaborate with partners in the development of budgets, forecasts and strategic initiatives. Assist and collaborate in the development and execution of department initiatives. Will perform special projects as assigned. Normal departmental hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Education, Job Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Management or other business related field 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry or in a reporting/analytical role is preferred Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy Proven customer service and risk-disciplined mindset and problem-solving ability Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and challenge status quo Excellent Written, Oral Communication Skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a high volume, multi-task environment Highly motivated self-starter Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
