Henry Schein Senior Specialist, Media Buyer in Melville, New York
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for developing, managing and leading full funnel digital paid media advertising strategies that support B2B revenue growth in the consumables, equipment and services spaces. This role will work closely with cross functional teams, including marketers, graphic designers and copywriters to drive engagement and conversions throughout the full marketing funnel. This individual will have strong experience in working in ad buying platforms, including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and others, with a focus on lead generation, new customer acquisition, ecommerce transactions, and registrations for lead magnets (webinars, ebooks, etc.).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, own, and drive paid media plans that provide a cohesive omnichannel experience for the full digital marketing funnel, with a focus on static and video ads on a social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and others
Expertly manage large spend to achieve KPI requirements, including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), cost per lead and other leading indicators
Partner closely with marketers, copywriters and designers to iterate on ads and optimize media and drive micro- and macro-conversions in a variety of channels and calls-to-action, including engagement, opens, clicks, ecommerce transactions and form fills
Launch new funnels and refresh existing funnels regularly, and determine the ideal spend mix across several campaigns and platforms
Leverage the use of data, research and customer insights to develop media plans that meet our customers in the right place and at the time right time with the right message and creative
A flexible approach to paid media that leverages a test-and-learn approach, A/B testing and in-flight updates to improve the impact of campaigns in real time
Have a deep understanding of iOS updates impacting Meta, basic conversion API and pixel attribution knowledge
Managing and reconciling budgets, insertion orders, cancelation orders, and invoices
Responsible for managing all paid media metrics, optimizing campaigns with specific feedback and recommendations to key stakeholders and reporting on performance on all funnel and content campaigns
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum of 5+ years' of digital media buying experience
Proven Growth mindset; Product led, data driven, and highly creative
Results oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performance
Experience with writing text ad copy, testing and monitoring assets
Pixel and event installation in social platforms and landing pages
Agency experience a plus
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple business partners
Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
Ability to accept and incorporate feedback on work in a positive and open-minded manner
Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $71,993-$125,987 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
