Description

Mechanic/technician performs work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Electronic diagnostic ECM controlled components I.E. sensors, Alt, starter

• King pin replacement except international prostar 2013-2018

• Minor fabrication cap abilities, steel, aluminum MIG welding

• Wet kit installation

• Hydraulic and Tire fault diagnostics and component replacement

• Manifold, turbo removal and installation

• All trailer diagnostics and repair

• Ability to perform federal inspections in compliance if 396.17 through 396.23 Appendix G

• Ability to perform preventative maintenance inspections on power unit and trailers

• Lube, oil and filter on power units

• Air brake component removal and installation

• Routine electrical repairs

• Tire removal and installation

• Suspension component replacement I.E. airbags
