POSITION TITLE: Senior Marketing Coordinator, NA Wholesale

BUSINESS/ORGANIZATION: North America Marketing

POSITION REPORTS TO: Senior Retail & Wholesale Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Support the North America Calvin Klein marketing manager to increase brand awareness and drive sales, specifically through retail and wholesale channels. Develop an understanding of the wholesale business priorities and advocate on behalf of those priorities, while balancing brand moments and product focuses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Act as day-to-day marketing contact for key internal and external partners, including Merchandising, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Retail Development, Global Creative, and wholesale account partners (Amazon/Channel Bakers, Macy’s, Kohl’s, HBC, others).

  • Oversee seasonal project briefs for in-store and digital marketing channels. Provide marketing direction, status updates, and ensure timely completion of all projects.

  • Support the wholesale media and co-op marketing planning process, partnering closely with account media and buying partners, as well as the wholesale sales team to support business objectives and product priorities.

  • Work closely with Sales partners to better understand their seasonal buys and top performing product to adapt brand and product marketing content for amazon.com. Update Brand Stores with new and relevant imagery on a seasonal basis.

  • Partner with Amazon advertising agency to run marketing and advertising campaigns for amazon.com. Create a paid media calendar based on campaign launch dates, product priorities and seasonal budget. Work closely with the Global Creative team to align paid media with seasonal brand campaigns.

  • Support North America licensing partners by amplifying seasonal campaigns through the retail and wholesale marketing channels such as Macy’s Media Network, Amazon, and Paid Media. (Coty, Movado, Revman, Marchon, Peerless, etc.)

  • Help plan and execute the launch of the Women’s wholesale business in Spring 2025.

Internal: Cross functional partners including but not limited to Retail Merchandising, Wholesale Sales, Visual Merchandising, Retail Development, Creative, Fashion Office, Project Management

External: Simon, Tanger, Citadel, Amazon, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Saks, HBC, Specialty Accounts, Licensee Accounts

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:

  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is interested in learning the fashion business and Marketing from the ground up.

  • Team player who pitches in and does whatever is necessary to get the job done.

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Detail-oriented and organized, as position is responsible for managing deadlines and workflow.

  • Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience : 3-5 years of Marketing assistant or coordinator in similar industry. Deadline Management. Light Project Management. Must be able to build relationships with cross-functional teams and take initiative.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Ability to manage multiple projects; must be detail oriented and highly skilled in time management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Great initiative with the ability to be a collaborative and team player

  • Able to anticipate needs and develop options

  • Superior follow through, organization, and attention to detail

Pay Range:$75,000 - $88,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
