FloWorks International LLC Outside Sales Representative UHP - PA/NJ/MD/DE in Newark, New Jersey

SemiTorr Group, Inc. is a leading sales and distribution company for gas and fluid handling systems and components supporting the High Purity, Sanitary and Industrial markets. Our family of products includes process equipment, pumps, tubing, hoses, fittings, valves, filtration and instrumentation.

SemiTorr is a Subsidiary of FloWorks USA LP, which is a privately held company located in Pasadena, TX.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as the Semitorr advocate for our products with our customers.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with a wide variety of people: engineers, technicians, project managers, construction managers, purchasing and all levels of senior management.
  • Develops sales forecasts with management and executes sales plans to achieve forecasted sales.

JOB DUTIES

  • Works with our suppliers to promote their products and accomplish sales objectives.

  • Ensures each customer is receiving the best support possible from our suppliers as well as SemiTorr Operations.

  • Identifies customer needs and interest and demonstrates products to solve an issue or improvement for customer.

  • Works with customers to determine forecast for distributed products; works with SemiTorr Operations to turn forecast into inventory and operations plan.

  • Leads the effort to grow territory sales.

  • Understands and communicates complex technical issues.

  • Comfortably uses a "solutions" or "consultative" sales approaches.

  • Maintains excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively (in both written and verbal forms) to convey technical and business information.

  • Maintains Salesforce.com daily/weekly to keep the clients projects and product needs in focus to close new business

  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

  • Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with customers and coworkers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.

  • Respectfully takes direction from Regional VP of Sales.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Prefer BA/BS degree and 5-10 years of experience in Semiconductor or related field

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, Bill of Materials, (BOM's), and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or Semitorr vendors. Capable of effectively presenting product information to engineers, management, purchasing and Quality personnel.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Has advanced computer job skills preferably with Microsoft and Salesforce.com and the ability to communicate by email, to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

This position requires a valid Driver's License.
