Sheraton Detroit Novi currently recruiting Part-time Banquet Servers to perform the following:

• Set and clear tables in Banquet areas
• Take food and beverage orders, place order in point of service (POS) system
• Pick up order from food prep areas, ensure food is prepared accordingly
• Perform other food and beverage functions (i.e., bargending, bussing in staffing shortage or peak periods
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores, work toward increasing departmental, overall guest satisfaction
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, follow MSDA and OSHA standards

• Ensure overall guest satisfaction
