KraftMaid, a Masco Cabinetry Company is looking for career oriented candidates to join our team in our Plant 3 Manufacturing facility located in Orwell, OH! We are hiring for several entry level positions on 1st and 3rd shift. These are full time, NOT temporary positions. Job Description:

Entry level positions could be in the following areas, based on your skillset:

  • Loading/Unloading product from the line

  • Finishing - Use of basic hand and power tools (sanders, drills, etc.)

  • Assembly (training will be provided)

  • Hanging parts on conveyor for paint/stain (requires lifting to roughly 4-5 feet)

  • Quality Control

  • Forklift / Tug operator

  • Shipping / Receiving

  • Many other areas as well that can be discussed in interview

Physical Demands of the Job:

  • Some positions require you to lift up to 80lbs (most require 5-25lbs)

  • Consistent lifting, turning, bending and reaching in most positions – All positions are physically demanding

  • Must be able to stand for 10-12 hours depending on department and overtime needs (anti-fatigue mats are provided in most areas)


  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

  • Previous use of power tools is helpful

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Ability to understand both written and verbal directions

  • Willingness to learn, be coached, and follow directions

Pay/Work Schedule

  • 1st shift - $12.25/hr

  • 3rd shift - $12.75/hr

  • Scheduled pay increases at 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months and top rate in 24 months. (top rate can range from $16-$21/hr or more based on the position)

  • We work (4) 10 hour production days Monday through Thursday with overtime on Friday’s as needed

  • 1st shift schedule is typically 7am – 5:30pm

  • 3rd shift schedule is typically 8pm – 6:30am

  • Start and end times may fluctuate based on business needs
