The Production Supervisor will support the Key Performance Indicators. The Supervisor will introduce change points. to meet these KPIs. Stabilize the production unit within these established change points.Job Responsibilities:The Production Supervisor will support the Production Manager to achieve the targets and goals of the business unit. And Supervise team members and team leaders as direct reports, developing all through problem solving.The Supervisor is responsible for hiring, coaching and recommendations for promotion and/or separation.The Production Supervisor will establish the workplace policy and rules are followed, be visible and involved with team members on the shop floor.The Production Supervisor will secure pre-shift conditions and maintain production conditions and ensure post shift conditions are met.5S development through EMDS - (EPIQ Management Development Systems).The Production Supervisor is responsible for employees vacation and overtime process and payroll.Assess team member skill levels and coach to improve those skills.Maintain records, documentation, and results against established goals in all key performance areas.The Production Supervisor will assist with maintaining a safe work environment and in continuous improvement activities within the facility.Additional Skills:3 years + Management / Supervisory Experience as a Direct Line Supervisor in a Industrial setting.Strong Decision Making and Good Communication, written and verbal skills.Microsoft Office and Computer skills.Must work well with others.Able to work all shifts, Weekends, and Overtime when needed.Physically demanding position.
