Manpower is currently hiring nine Produce Stackers for a well established produce company in the South Pharr industrial area. As a Produce Stacker, you will be part of the growing company supporting a safe and new facility. The ideal candidate will have the ability to physically pick up boxes of produce, problem solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Produce Stacker

Location: South Pharr

Pay Range:$9.00 hourly plus overtime

What’s the Job?

• Safely stack boxes onto pallets

• Inspect and grade products

• Attach appropriate labels on to boxes

• Sort and place materials to be prepared for shipping

• Stretch wrap products

What’s Needed?

• Ability to physically handle up to 40lbs boxes

• Ability to stand and work in repetitive motion

• Knowledge of warehousing

• Advocate for the safety of your team

• Communicate effectively to department lead on all critical tasks.
