Aerotek Industrial Electrician in Racine, Wisconsin
Well-established company in Racine is looking to hire an experienced Industrial Electrician. Position will require 5+ years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing setting. Journeyman's License is preferred. Will be responsible for all plant and equipment electrical work, including troubleshooting breakdowns, facilities electrical, and project planning and execution.
Description:
Plan proposed installations from sketches or diagrams
Make up or draw sketches as needed
Lays out, assemble, install and test a wide variety of complex equipment such as automatic controls, power systems, switch gear and welders
Test electric and electronic devices for performance
Repair motors and other electrical equipment including welders
Maintain electrical equipment necessary for the proper performance of light and power
Trace and locate electrical circuits and makes necessary repairs
Form and install electrical conduit of all sizes
Familiar with city and state electrical code
Use all types of hand held power tools
Occasionally make pull boxes and control panels
Will move motors, transformers and welders
