Accountable for meeting established production KPI's on all production lines by setting clear performance expectations for employees and drive performance improvements.

Accountable for providing leadership in support of our safety imperatives and the company's goal of achieving an injury-free workplace.

Accountable for continuous improvement in workplace safety by promptly addressing the root causes of OIIs or near misses, conducting effective safety meetings, promptly addressing safety concerns raised by employees, and leading by example.

Accountable/responsible for recording accurate loss accounting data utilizing Redzone downtime tracking software.

Accountable/responsible for meeting business targets in area of responsibility.

Accountable/responsible for adhering to the MEWP process.

Accountable/responsible for EHS, MOC, GMP, and QC compliance.

Accountable/responsible for area PMs and compliance.

Accountable/responsible for SOPs, documentation, and procedure development.

Accountable/responsible for capital and expense projects in area of responsibility.

Accountable/responsible for supporting the area coordination process by assisting in the prioritization of maintenance work for the weekly schedule.

Accountable/responsible for ensuring equipment is available for scheduled PM and maintenance work.

Accountable/responsible for submitting clearly written work requests for repair work done in area of responsibility and ensuring repair work is completed per the return to service policy.

Accountable/responsible for ensuring that operating procedures are followed and that operators are properly trained.

Accountable/responsible for providing supervision, leadership, and coaching to employees in area of responsibility.

Accountable for efficient packaging operations as measured by OAU targets or other KPIs.

Accountable for production schedule adherence and performance to plan. schedule provided by Production Scheduler).

Accountable for meeting budget performance goals in applicable cost centers.

Accountable for complying with SOI requirements.

Accountable for ensuring compliance with all QC requirements (GMP, HACCP, FSMA) and providing leadership to drive continuous improvements in product quality.

Accountable for achieving high standards for housekeeping and obtaining full utilization of indirect labor personnel assigned to housekeeping or other tasks.

Accountable for the minimization of scrap, waste, or rework from packaging operations.

Accountable for the orderly placement of finished product in the warehouse to facilitate stock rotation and the minimization of damaged finished pallets while placing product in the warehouse.

Accountable for the accurate reporting of production via the bar code system and SAP ERP systems.

Accountable for ensuring OPIs are completed, and work orders are in compliance for area of responsibility.

Accountable/responsible for communicating production, quality, and EHS issues to other shifts through shift handoff meeting.

Accountable/responsible for managing shift, vacation, and overtime scheduling.
