The Operational Manager for Radiometer is responsible for leading and developing our customer services and supply chain' teams and to ensure a comprehensive approach to identify, monitor, manage, and control fulfillment and transportation to ensure an effective and efficient operation.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of Radiometer Saudi commercial team, managing our team under Beckman Coulter Saudi Arabia Customer Service and Logistics shared service in alignment with our commercial team and you will report to Radiometer Saudi General Manager and Radiometers Global Supply Chain. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop strong relationships at all levels of the Customer Services and Supply Chain.

  • Develop, monitor, and improve fulfillment planning and forecasting needs for products and services and distribution plans; and keep aligning with commercial sales & service teams.

  • Develop and manage performance goals and objectives to exceed customer expectations through timely execution, accuracy, and quality.

  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools, including partnering with the technology and commercial teams to give feedback and drive improvements.

  • Manage and drive inventory turns and cost improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University. Degree in subject area of Logistics, Supply Chain or Business management or related field is preferred.

  • Fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and present technical information clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings and audience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a wide spectrum of Freight forwarding, Local and National warehousing, Distribution, Customs compliance, Customer service, 3PL management.

  • Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within Logistics and knowledge of other key business units, including Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory

  • 5+ years of management experience. Preferred in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Process improvement e.g. Lean.

  • Medical Device business.

  • Oracle or similar ERP technical competency.
