salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Determines departmental equipment needs; prepares specifications; inspects equipment received from vendors; makes recommendations in connection with the purchase, operation, and maintenance.
Load material into production equipment.
Assist with pouching material into pouches as directed.
Follow work order requirements as instructed.
Verify product specs with equipment settings.
Monitor the equipment as it operates, monitor the process-pace/productivity, and recognize when something is out of adjustment.
Assembling and disassembling machinery as needed.
Inspecting equipment for malfunctions, promptly repairing defective components,
Create reports on system failures.
Follows and develops preventative maintenance program to maintain equipment reliability.
Prepare, submit, and maintain records of work orders and parts issued.
Plan, organize, and communicate responsibilities and priorities to ensure the successful operation of the department.
Assist on various special projects for office equipment systems i.e. printer, computer, and monitor setups for all new hires.
Responsible for good housekeeping in the shop and at the job site.
Perform QC analysis, identify product changes and segregate as required.
Completing each repair job in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Demonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures, and governing requirements.
Maintain all tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order.
Forklift Certified
