Candidates will love this position if they have a knack for establishing and regulating accounting and finance procedures. Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

• Work alongside accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics

• Manage month/ year end close

• Manage monthly external finance reporting

• Manage annual external audit

• Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Encourage and manage the accounting team performance so that close deadlines are met

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation

• Foundational knowledge in System Implementation

• Experience with Department SOP's

• Strong familiarity with external auditing

• Year end closings experience required
