Job Description:

1) Project Management:

-Drive key initiatives and projects for HP TCM. Establish close working relationship / well project management with internal cross-functional teams. Actively involve and support global interactions.

-Primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, and managing resources across projects. PMO plays a crucial role in strategic planning, risk and quality management, stakeholder communication.

-Standardizing project-related processes, providing a framework for project governance, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and offering support and resources to project teams.

2) Cross TA Operation Excellence：

-Build up necessary standard resources, platform, SOPs, models and process to optimize the cross-TA collaboration to increase the effectiveness and efficiency.

-Take ownership of internal related process excellence & optimization, e.g. improvement query for BP related process (Finance, Legal & Compliance, Strategy & planning etc.)

Job Requirement:

-At least 6 years working experience in marketing, project management or strategy planning consulting within healthcare industry

-Strong cross-functional project management skills, prefer projects in pharmaceutical industry

-Excellent organizational skills. Understand how the matrix structure is implemented and understand what is carried out and how this effects change

-Drive Results/Adaptability/Flexibility

-Manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders

-Strong customer focus including the desire to understand customer's needs and tailor appropriate solutions.

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people at all
