Manager Home Health- HOME HEALTH WA SPOKANE Schedule: Full Time/ Days This position is a licensed RN, PT, OT or SLP with the skills and abilities to perform home health staff RN or Rehab duties. The Home Health Clinical Manager serves as a communication hub responsible for coordinating the multidisciplinary home health services for the clinical team. This position acts as a liaison between Access Data Entry, Scheduling, Quality and clinical Staff. Manages multi-discipline Clinical Team Caregiver performance and productivity. This position provides communication, information and the tools necessary to maintain best practices in all team roles. The Home Health Clinical Manager will have access to confidential organizational financial data pertinent to OASIS data integrity in order to compile data and/or reports utilizing both workflow and financial planning information. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Health care related field. 3 years in the nursing or rehab field. Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
