Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience with supply chain operations.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects and will plan requirements with internal customers and lead projects through the entire project life-cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating goals to project stakeholders. Projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the teams coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Develop deployment plans and fulfillment strategies for machine delivery in partnership with product areas and the Supply Chain team.

  • Communicate program health, status, and actions to stakeholders including product areas, leadership, and partner organizations.

  • Drive efforts to improve efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability, and on-time delivery.

  • Work with cross-functional partners and Software Engineering teams to design automation needs for scale and efficiency.

  • Oversee and ensure execution and on-time delivery of these plans and strategies, and troubleshoot issues, identify risk areas, and develop mitigation strategies.
