About Finland

Our Finland locations include Vantaa and Joensuu, employing over 800 professionals in R&D, production, supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, and administrative support. We hire experts in different fields including engineering, chemistry, microbiology, and bioinformatics. How will you make an impact?

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to join our team in Vantaa. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our lab automation product line. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market launch and beyond. Your focus will be on serving our key OEM customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

What will you do?

  • Take ownership of the lab automation product line's product life cycle management, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring product profitability and market success in the lab automation segments and with the customers we serve.

  • Collaborate closely with Technical Support, R&D, Operations, Commercial Channel and Quality teams to establish and implement product strategies that align with our business goals.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, conducting market research, gathering partner feedback, and translating it into actionable insights to drive product innovation and enhancements tailored to their specific requirements.

  • Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback, continuously improving product quality and addressing any issues or concerns.

  • Lead the team of Product Managers fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration in serving our customers.

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the lab automation or related industry

  • Proven track record of successfully managing product life cycles and delivering products to the business-to-business market

  • Understanding of lab automation technologies, clinical lab workflows, and industry trends preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with external partners

  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards shared goals

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
