The Accounts Receivable Coordinator III supports the Accounts Receivable department by processing daily deposits, updates customer accounts, oversees the accuracy of various cash posting files, and more. This is the second level in the Accounts Receivable series, handling more complex customer accounts and assists with auditing.

Job Requirements:

  • Processes daily deposits and updates customer accounts accordingly.

  • Oversees the accuracy of various cash posting files

  • Tracks daily credit card deposits and verifies dollar amount for General ledger

  • Reconciles complex customer accounts and makes adjustments as needed

  • Assists with customer payment inquiries

  • Supports the Regional Credit Offices with timely cash posting resolutions

  • Reconciles lockbox deposits against the GL accounts to meet EOM cast posting deadlines

  • Assists with audit requests

  • Assist AR Manager office duties

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Competencies:

  • Familiarity with various Cash Application Platforms, including Highradius, BillTrust and more

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong professional oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years credit or accounts receivable experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • NACM Certification
