Job Description

Trek is seeking an Aftermarket Product Marketing Manager to grow and support aftermarket product categories. The key focus for this position will be on top-notch product launches as well as driving and maintaining the best product website for a diverse line of products, including both B2B and B2C. This position will work closely with multiple groups (product, marketing, content, creative, web tech, digital, retail, global, engineering, and sales teams).

The right candidate will be able to balance multiple tasks with great attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize and complete projects efficiently. Additionally, this person will bring strong will, humility, and vision to lead. This position is located at Trek’s headquarters in Waterloo, WI and reports directly to the Aftermarket Product Marketing Director.

Position Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on global aftermarket product category marketing and web plans

  • Launch new products B2B and B2C, and help drive and maintain a best-in-class digital experience

  • Ensure product copy, images, tech, and spec all are entered into content systems accurately and timely

  • Manage website categories and content with a clear vision and focus on the consumer experience

  • Lead multiple product categories by being an expert at developing a strategy to enhance the customer experience and journey

  • Assign metadata and cross-merchandising opportunities with bicycle and aftermarket product catalogs

  • Work across multiple groups to take a task from start to finish

  • Track, organize, and distribute product sample orders for photography, tradeshows, and various bicycle brand needs

  • Coordinate photo and video asset capture plans, priorities, and assignments

  • Collect and distribute products and information for key media outlets and track results

Position Requirements

  • Expert global bike product and accessories knowledge

  • Great organizational skills and be highly attentive to detail

  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

  • Ability to provide great vision and execute on it through to completion

  • Extremely customer service oriented and excel in a fast-paced fun environment
